WHAT TO WEAR
I get asked this question all the time, and it’s a good one to ask. A smart wardrobe choice can help enhance the photo while a not-so-great outfit choice can sometimes take away from your photo.
Coordinate, but don’t match. Basically, don’t both wear jeans and white shirts. I love layers and textures (especially lace!), as they tend to photograph really well.
I recommend wearing a more subtle color and accenting it with another color. An example would be wearing browns and creams and accenting it with a light green or pink (you can accent with scarves, jewelry, shoes, jackets, etc). Stay away from really bright colors and reds as red tend to reflect in the sun and cause a red tint to your skin. Personally I tend to lean more towards neutral and softer color palette.

If you still have any doubt, please feel free to send me pictures of the outfits you are considering and I’d be more than happy to let you know what will look better in your pictures!
